What is the difference between the Basic, Advanced, and Advanced Plus monthly tiers?
Our Basic tier covers core bookkeeping, GST filing, and annual return support. The Advanced tier adds complete payroll management and monthly financial performance reporting. The Advanced Plus tier includes everything in Basic and Advanced plus deep Business Insights, custom reporting, and Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards.
Can I hire you for Excel spreadsheet cleanups or website setup as a one-off project?
Yes! Our one-off services operate independently of our monthly plans. Whether you need an Excel expert to fix complex workpapers and build custom reporting templates, or need website setup and hosting configured for your business, we offer transparent fixed-price quotes.
Does the monthly fee include annual accounts?
Annual return preparation support is included in our tiers. If complex annual accounts or tax agent filings are required, we scope and confirm any additional requirements upfront with complete transparency.
Are accounting software subscriptions included?
Standard packages do not include software subscription fees — if you're on Xero, you pay that directly to Xero and retain full ownership of your data. However, we offer an optional Managed Odoo Accounting add-on for +NZ$20/month on any tier. With this add-on, we set up and administer a fully managed Odoo Online accounting database for your business, so you can cancel your Xero subscription if you wish. Not sure which is right for you? What if my bookkeeping is already behind?
If your records require historical catch-up, we will first provide a clear quote for a "Bookkeeping Clean-up" to bring everything up to date. Once current, you can transition smoothly into one of our monthly plans.
